Absolutely amazing!! Coconut shrimp is by far the best in town. The ribs were delightful! The staff went out of their way to deliver a superior service. This was the best customer experience I've had in a long time. Look forward to my next visit.

Wow. Great service... the entire rack of ribs is huge. The taste is amazing.

Every time that we are in the Dells we try to have at least one meal here. The food is always delicious and the service is excellent! The drinks are good and if you have room try one of their desserts.

The atmosphere was very nice, they had two people playing music and singing. We had no problem making a reservation that day when they opened at 430. The staff was friendly and all the food good. Wasabi Salmon fell apart and had a little bite to, but I wouldn't consider it spicy.

Great Prime rib & lobster dinner. Will definitely be coming here again. No wait and the waitress was amazing and very nice. Definitely has a good local supper club vibe. Wanted to try the lava fire drink but didn't want to get too boozy (says 2-4 people) to early.

Good food, nice place, one of my favourite in Dells

This place was severely disappointing. Bad overall stench, kind of a musty and unclean feeling. There was no music in the place at all and they allowed children to watch YouTube videos loudly within the restaurant. My Alfredo was not cooked properly as there were plenty of uncooked noodles within it. Half of my shrimp were fried to a crisp but otherwise tasted good. The difference in time it took for the first person to get their food and the last was 15 minutes. Not to mention this place is outrageously expensive. I would have rather sat down in a KFC with music and people talking and get my food 4 times as fast while being a third of the price and not have to worry if my food is going to be cooked porperly. Really do not recommend, literally go anywhere else unless you get the ribs and only the ribs.

Price of 5 star but lots of work to do for yourself. Need water...pour your own. Refills.....need to ask, not busy but who cares. Take home left overs.....here is some cheap foam, get it packed yourself. Appetizer came after salad, no need for dirty looks when I ask for it to be refrigeratored. Trying to be respectful to those who didn't choose appetizers. Overall food was good but way over priced compared to the exquisite service you get at comparable Dells restaurants like Fields or Double Cut. Sadly will not return. We are a local family that was disappointed.

Outside seating was perfect and the service was great! Maple pear pecan salad was delicious. The ribs and chicken we great! A good stop for a meal! Happy hour specials were served till 6pm.

Horrible and WAY overpriced! My youngest daughter may have gotten food poisoning if I had not cut her hamburger first. It was bloody rare! Then they cooked the burger I cut in half and sent it back in stead of making a new one. I ordered the fish. Very small portion for the price I paid! We where to tired of waiting to complain and my girls wanted to get home. We also had to wait a long time for our waiter. It would have been nice if they would have at least given us a discount on my daughter's kids meal Raw hamburger that we paid over $7 for.

Truly a disappointment for a slow evening for a fine dining restaurant. Our server just didn't know the menu and couldn't bring the excitement to the Sea Bass that we were inquiring about. At that point we were debating whether or not to leave. The crabcakes that we ordered were delicious and so we stayed and ordered the Sea Bass. We should have left. The Sea Bass came out chewy and burned on the bottom. Way too disappointing of an experience. The servers chatted way too much about us in our line of sight and their was not a manager on duty. Just not a friendly environment. I can't see how it'll be a successful restaurant when it gets to their busy season.

These folks have got it down pat. Staff were friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. The food was amazing! Escargot was perfectly cooked. Lobster was impeccable and the filet mignon was out of this world. The chefs cooked everything to perfection. We cannot wait to go back. Highly recommend if you are looking for the ultimate old supper club experience. Oh, and the old fashioned was sheer perfection.

Awesome happy hour specials. 1/2 off apps and great drink specials.

We went for happy hour and 2 drinks were $19. Not too happy about that. Good was ok, recommend Del Bar over this place.

Literally the best steak and rib place in town!!! Service is great! Food is fantastic! Everything was great, from the homemade bread to the dessert!!! Family owned and made from scratch! It doesn't get better then this!!!!

Food was good but extremely overpriced and staff was rude. It must acceptable seeing as the owner always gets defensive when people leave poor reviews.

Cool atmosphere, nice outdoor area. The food is close to being really good. The entrees came out about 45 seconds after our salads, very poor timing. There ribs came out cold and the drinks are not inexpensive. A double Tito's and an old fashioned were about $11 a piece.

More of the expensive end. Service was good, staff were friendly. The aesthetics and decor was different, every room seemed to have a different look/feel.

Had a fantastic waitress named Linda. Super friendly. The food was delicious. Bartender outside was extremely friendly as well. Great experience during such a hard time. Felt safe and clean atmosphere

We usually love this place. Our waitress Linda was extremely rude and was bad. She made use feel like it should be our pleasure that she even talked to us. Honestly the food was horrible. We won't be back.

Server was very nice, but we waited an hour and a half for our food. Food is way over priced for what you get. All entrees DON'T include soup or salad. Chicken parmesan wasn't breaded, barely had any sauce and had no flavor. Ravioli only had a handful and the sauce was watered down with no flavor. Prime rib (12 oz) was tiny but very good, mashed potatoes also had very good flavor but they don't have gravy. I support small businesses and hopefully this gives them some opportunity for change. Until then, I will not be going back or recommending to my friends or family.

Perfect place for a real feast! In one dinner my girl and I ate Steak, Lobster, Oysters, Escargot, BBQ Chicken, Ribs, 2 kinds of Potatoes and some pretty amazing dinner rolls. Everything was pretty amazing actually.

Always quality food and drinks. It was busy tonight, but that didn't seem to affect anything too badly. This place is a Wisconsin Dells favorite.

The dinner was terrific. I had the prime rib on the 3 courses for $34 for fathers day. We were in the private Humphrey Bogart room. Call ahead to book the room for yourself.

5 star prices for a 2 star restaurant

The waitress was nice but forgot to give me my girlfriend's salad even though it was on the food tray with all of our other food. My breaded shrimp came out without the advertised lemon horseradish Cocktail Sauce. And for the price it was mediocre

First time here..Saturday may 23rd..5:30 pm..I had prime rib..very tasty..sat at the bar area..The bartender with short hair..awesome customer service...good experience..

Happy hour is from 4:30 to 6, even on weekends. Half price appetizers - everything on the appetizer menu - not just a select few. We shared beef tips in Thai chili sauce, crab cakes, and cheese curds. All delicious and well prepared. Bartender, Raj, is EXCELLENT. Makes a good drink and efficiently runs the bar. Restaurant decor is dated and worn. A customer seated next to us referred to it as "retro". Really could use some sprucing up and updating. Bar stools are VERY uncomfortable.Go for the food and service, not for the atmosphere.

Great and tasty food, I liked the vibes the spot has, and the staff members were very welcoming. I will definitely come back.

Growing up attending the Feast of Tabernacles in the Dells, the House of Embers was one of the fancier restaurants we'd go to yearly. After 25+ years I recently had the chance to return for memory sake and was disappointed. While their prices have certainly risen it seems nothing else has changed for the better. The interior screams 1970 - their menu selection as well. Our server claimed it as a supper club but it's a club we won't return to and were saddened overall. Food quality was not exceptional, neither was the service. The picture with the bread roll, I told the server I was on a restricted diet, so she only brought my husband bread... yep, seems they have a 1 roll limit per person!? Private rooms are still the same, it did bring up a little nostalgia but then evaporated pretty quickly. Thanks for the memories House of Embers, my curiosity has been satisfied.

Excellent food and very nice restaurant

This place was very good, my father and I came across this on a spree of a moment.the food that we got was amazing. The flavor was out of the world as the flavors not only commented each other but the look or presentation was just so wonderful. The staff was amazing and super polite,helpful and amazing with customers experience.

The server was very nice. We enjoyed our drinks, but the food was not very good.
